Course includes: weekly course meetings with industry experts, DEP exam application fee and submittal, PAI's custom Massachusetts Wastewater Operator Exam Prep Course-Book, PAI's custom Massachusetts Wastewater Operator Practice Exam, open study hours the day before the exam, and test taking tips.

Billing:

Course cost is $875/person. If you are repeating the course it is $100 to cover the state exam and course-book costs. Checks and credit cards are accepted. We will accept POs from current clients only. All payments must be received prior to the first course day.

Cancelations:

All cancelations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
No-show registrations are subject to a $100 fee to cover the administration fee and course materials.
